How much time does it take to deliver the order?
Please note that we deal in personalised jewellery is made to order and therefore once you place the order with us, it takes us about 14 working days to prepare the jewellery, QC it, and get it ready for dispatch. Delivery takes another 5-7 working days on average. So overall, delivery of a personalised jewellery order takes about 21 working days.
What payment methods do you accept? 
You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking or UPI. Additionally, we support Google Pay, Paytm, Phonepe and other wallets. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Can I change my order? 
Sorry orders once placed cannot be changed. However if you wish to change the stone color, polish color or size; it can be done within 1-2 days of placing order. For more details please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.
Do you create customised jewellery? 
Yes, we create custom jewellery pieces. We can create a design from scratch just for you, or any design replica that you would want to have.To know further, you can contact us through etihouseofsilver@gmail.com
Will you make my jewellery exactly as in the picture?
Kindly note that your customised jewellery is crafted carefully to match the exact design frame of your choice. Since it's handmade there could be very minimal differences but rest assured we try our best to provide the jewellery pieces designed accurately.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order? 
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team through mail etihouseofsilver@gmail.com
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this website? 
We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using industry-standard encryption technology.
Are there any hidden costs? 
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.  
Do you accept returns? 
We do not provide returns or refunds. Please note that we design your customised jewellery very carefully after receiving an order confirmation from your side. We do provide repairs in case of any breakage, damage. There is no refund policy as the jewellery is custom-made just for you. Can we wear them on a daily basis? 
The jewelry is made of sterling silver, so it won't tarnish, but the rhodium plating on top, which comes in Gold, Rose gold can fade or become dull. Therefore, it is important to keep it away from perfumes, chemicals, sanitizers, chlorinated water, and if you're not wearing it daily, it's recommended to store it in an airtight plastic pouch. We offer a 2-year warranty for re polishing. If you need the jewelry polished, you can send it to us and we will do it for free. Please note that for daily wear, it is advisable to opt for silver polish.
What is the material used in your products? 
All our products are made of 925 Sterling Silver. Sterling silver and 925 silver are synonyms. Sterling silver is an alloy that contains 92.5 parts silver and 7.5 parts of other metals, usually zinc and copper. To identify sterling silver jewelry, look for the abbreviation "925".
Which stones do you use? 
We use Signity Stones, a type of man-made diamond. Signity Stones are bright and sparkly & display the same fire as the best grade of diamonds. You cannot tell the difference in plain sight.
Is your jewellery waterproof? 
Yes, all our jewellery pieces are waterproof. All you need to do is make sure to stay away from chlorinated water or any chemically infused water.
Is there a warranty? 
Our sterling silver jewelry comes with a rhodium, gold, or rose gold plating, which may naturally fade over time due to exposure to perfumes, chemicals, sanitizers, and water. To keep your jewelry looking brand new, we offer a 2-year replating warranty—simply send us your piece, and we’ll replate it for free. Note: For daily wear, regular silver polishing is recommended to maintain its shine
